It was my intention to make an entertaining and light series of works for this exhibition. I did not notice until the pieces where ready, that my middle aged crisis had an impact to my works. Conflict is between my real age and my self image. The contrast and defiance is between decent behaviour and my inner childish and impulsive imagination.

My works are about choices, contrasts and conflicts. Toy world has inspired me to explore and combine different materials. I have united for example porcelain fancy goods to embroidery and bronze to fake leather. Some of the works are meant to be played.
